5. Security and anti-spam measures

The use of Cloudflare Turnstile is based on the legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and relevant provisions of the Czech data protection law) to protect the website from spam and abuse.

Cloudflare Turnstile processes a variety of client-side signals (“Signals”) such as client IP address, TLS Fingerprint, User-Agent Header and Sitekey and associated origin. Cloudflare does not have the ability to directly identify any individuals from any of the Signals Turnstile collects, including IP addresses. Cloudflare processes this type of information on behalf of me in their data centres in the U.S. and Europe for a limited period of time. 6. Data Storage and Hosting

Personal data submitted via the contact or comment form is securely stored on servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA). The hosting provider processes data on my behalf under a data processing agreement in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

  • request correction or deletion of your personal data,
  • restrict processing of your data,
