Not so long time ago, I wrote about Venus and her influences1. This time I am going to write more about Mercury being in the spotlight during the last week of October. He will make a few aspects and enter Sagittarius on Wednesday – Mercury’s day. So, let’s have a look at what planets will bring the coming week, aspect by aspect.

Mars – Jupiter Trine
On Tuesday, Mars in Scorpio is going to trine Jupiter in Cancer. Both planets are well-placed in zodiac, so this aspect will bring good things such as optimism, a drive to fight for greater purposes, the willingness to aim high and courage allowing ones to achieve goals or at least have a good day, so if you are thinking about asking for a pay rise, this will be the perfect day for that. But this aspect is going to benefit mainly individuals with the Sun, Moon or ascendant in the third decan of Scorpio, Pisces and especially Cancer. Individuals with key horoscopic elements in the third decan of Virgo, Capricorn and Taurus may also feel the positive influence of the Mars – Jupiter duo. On the other hand, it will be a particularly good day for rituals related to Mars, Saturn, Scorpio, Aries and Water principles.

Mercury – Neptune Trine
On Wednesday, Mercury in Scorpio is going to look at retrograde Neptune sitting in the very last degree of Pisces. So, this is not a wonderful duo, because of Neptune being retrograde motion, whereas Mercury is peregrine in Scorpio. Nevertheless, those with the Sun at the end of Cancer may benefit from their intuition, which will be particularly reliable that day. Also, brilliant, but potentially not very profitable, ideas may come up.
Mercury enters Sagittarius
On the same day, Mercury leaves Scorpio, getting rid of the Neptune’s problematic companionship, and enters Sagittarius – the sign of his exile. He will come back to Scorpio in November and repeat the trine with Neptune. Exile in Sagittarius will affect the aspects formed by Mercury in the following days, but in general, Mercury in Sagittarius brings a wider perspective, optimism, and new ways to reach others, but can also cause being too trusting, loosing deeper sense, or slightly arrogant.
Until the end of the year, due to Mercury’s exile, it won’t be a good time for rituals related to Mercury, Virgo and Gemini principles in general. It will require to find other positive factors in the zodiacal arrangement if one needs it.
Mars – Saturn Trine
As if all the above weren’t enough, later the same day, Mars in Scorpio trine Saturn in Pisces. Such aspect provides opportunities to end finally unfinished matters.
Mercury – Uranus Opposition
By the end of the day, Mercury makes an aspect with Uranus, introducing chaos. This, together with Neptune and the energy of Mercury’s ingress into Sagittarius, will make the day intense and full of unexpected twists.

Mercury – Pluto Sextile
On Thursday, Mercury makes a sextile with Pluto in Aquarius, inspiring profound insights and keen observation while amplifying a spirit of nonconformity. This alignment may favour individuals with Aries, Leo, and Libra highlighted in their natal charts, especially those with key horoscopic points in the early degrees of these signs.
